Brilliant from start to finish. We had an urgent need for a stairlift. Got same day advice as to which make/model best, next day home visit to measure up and installed within 6 business days from date of order. Absolutely excellent and highly recommend the Clearwell team. Cheaper than going to Stannah direct too!

Not knowledgeable on items thay sell, and scooter manufacturers thay reprisent. No idea how to source parts. Black n white only, no gray area, and not correct about what is black or white!! Narrow minded and blinkered... sadly the same responce I have recived in other clearwell stores. Maybe a systemic buisness failing throughout the company??

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. My 96 year old father had eventually decided he did want a power-assist wheelchair and we quickly dropped into Clearwell Burgess Hill to 'strike while the iron was hot'. The staff were enthusiastic and respectful and helped my father to see a wheelchair as a positive decision. They let us try out the wheelchair; made suggestions about cushions; and then went out of their way to locate a chair and power assist wheels when the model we wanted was out of stock locally. When we collected the chair they again helped with trying out different ramps to assess if ramp access to the car was an option. Really excellent friendly service. I had to contact them within a few days because the power lever was sticking and they quickly put me through to the engineers who were able to advise and solve the problem.
