Horrible experience today with our 3year olds, they had few employees, they didn’t request rarely anyone for waves, didn’t do mandatory masks for adults ( I can see kids not wearing but adults should be wearing). The separate spots where it says allow 8kids maximum they had at least 25 playing together and hurting each other, the big kids were playing where the little ones got to play. They didn’t have any stuffs employees working around the kids and trying to keep them separate like they had on the past. From 100% maybe 5% adults had masks. They oversold on their capacity trying to make extra money but forgetting about everyone safety. Also waste money we paid for unlimited play and got to play only 15min we left with the first 30min because was impossible to let them play from not getting hurt.

Most impressed with the park and the staff! Area was clean and saw employees sanitizing as the day progressed. We got the play all day as I had work and the kids were home from school. Cheese pizza was good but took longer than I expected. Overall a fun place with great pricing for an entire day of entertainment for kids and for parents to get work done.

Great time for the entire fam! Fun for kids and a great workout for the parents! Large facility and great pricing. We upgraded from an hour jump to the all day pass. Lasted about 3 hours! Will be going back to get the membership. Cheaper than a gym membership! Swimsuit ready by the summer:)

I scheduled a party and tried to cancel due to COVID numbers rising and them not requiring masks. There is no where on their website when you book that says the deposit is refundable. A manager named Kat took a long time to get back with me through email because she wouldn't talk to me on the phone. They will not refund my deposit. Again, there is nothing on the website or when you book that says non-refundable so be careful.

They do not mandate masks for adults. Overall good experience. Definitely fill out the waiver before hand. We loved the rock wall. Better than skyzone.
