Jack's the best! From the moment we entered the store, Jack was great to work with! He is knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to work with. He went out of his way to be sure we understood the differences of all the mattresses and adjustable bed frames. And most importantly, he was always available after the purchase to answer questions. You must visit Jack at the Buffalo Grove store before making buying any mattress!

I cannot say enough good things about Jack and American Mattress in Buffalo Grove. Buying a bed during a pandemic is not easy as many other people are doing the same thing and demand is high. I had a bit of a issue getting the bed I ordered because of this, but Jack was professional and understanding, making sure to communicate everything that would happen. I ended up having to do a comfort exchange and Jack was so patient with helping me pick out the best fit for me. Not ONCE did he make me feel pressured. I felt so comfortable working with him; more so than any other sales person. What a nice, easy-going, patient guy. I cannot recommend him enough.

After only a few questions, he quickly understood my preferences and provided a very focused approach to my mattress selection. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I needed a mattress ASAP- not only did he give me the most wonderful customer service, he helped me pick out the best mattress for my issues. Btw- he also gave me a wonderful price. I’ve been pricing at other mattress stores and jack met my price point above and beyond what I asked. Delivery came when Jack said it would Jack was terrific to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else again!
