Once again the staff at Glyn Hopkin Buckhurst Hill stand out as stars of customer service. I would like to thank John Alexander for going out of his way to kindly check my fiat 500 battery. John reassured me everything was in good working order which I really appreciated. He was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and super professional. I would also like to thank Dawn Peer who assisted me at reception. Just really lovely people who do a great job. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Salesman Jamie Slaughter. Was more than helpful when I wanted to trade in my Fiat for a new one. He was always available to answer any questions and kept me updated with timescale for delivery etc. The purchase could not have been made any simpler. I have to say that I have had negative experiences with other Salesman at this garage but Jamie went above and beyond what a good Salesperson should be. More than happy to recommend this garage.

I have had phone call to check there were no problems and when I phoned with a query it was dealt with immediately. My experience with Buckhurst Hill Fiat was fantastic, Jamie Slaughter was our salesman and he was outstanding from the minute we walked into the showroom (and trust me I know a dodgy salesman when I see one!).. He was polite, knew exactly what I needed and came up with different options, and the most important thing to me is that he was honest....
