An institution worth a visit. The Royal Planetarium in Brussels offers a variety of movies shown in the impressive dome structure. The movies were not the latest at the time of our visit, but still nice to watch in the special scene of the dome and very informative. It was available in several languages. There is also a movie explaining the current star view. The ground floor offers some exhibits, however without much structure or thorough explanation (it is not a museum). It is easy to reach, has a small parking and a small shop with fun science models and toys. Do not let the out of date look and feel stop you from visiting: especially children and grownups with an interest in space and astronomy will love it.

I'm so impressed! It was my first visit to the planetarium, so there is nothing to compare to. I payed for a seanse (luckily I have a museum pass), and enjoyed the incredible movie! I'm an amateur, so not sure if it will be interesting for advanced ones, for me it was very informative and breath taking! The stuff was kind to me, they speak English. And the man in the cinema showed me the best spots to sit on. Loved it!
It was small but had great video about solar system and climate change.
Very interesting for people with some scientific knowledge.
So interesting i like it and i highly suggest to take your kids there
Guess I had different experience than most of people here. The staff was lovely, Almost everything worked. The exhibition is free you only pay if you want to see the film. Only big fault is that the exhibitions should also have English text (but that's it) The film (violent universe) was good and the narrator had good voice.
Very very small planateaurium with not much to explore . The show waa good .apart from the show just average .
Nice place but very small
