Covid testing in 30 minutes. I’ve taken it twice, and I’ve seen how the process of being tested has improved with time. The person who tested me the second time was nice and funny. I felt calm and reassured by their attention to my health. I love that you can make your appointment online instead of calling. It makes the process so much easier. They let you know what they need of you before you get there through text which in my opinion is an efficient and quick process.

The receptionist was super nice and very efficient. The nurses were really very caring and answered any questions I ha . The doctor was exceptional too. I was very amazed of one of the make nurses. He had a problem with one of feats and ankle being in a cast. And yet he was working and comforting the patients so well. He was riding on a skateboard or bike and doing his work. Great job and care from all the staff.

Considering the spike in COVID cases in Brownsville, I waited 2 hours to get tested, and 40 minutes to receive the results. It was worth the wait. The staff at Exceptional Emergency Center were apologetic for me having to wait. The staff was professional and courteous, and the center was super clean. Thanking you to the staff for doing what you do. You are all awesome!

First off, let me say THANK YOU! Second, the service that was provided by the facility staff was exceptional. Being admitted for COVID-19 was one of the scariest moments I’ve experienced in some time. However, the medical staff was on top of their game and provided every viable option to get my condition under control. The name Exceptional Emergency is a true representation of services they provide. Once again, Thank you!

Had to bring my son here in the middle of the night for an asthmatic reaction. Location is conveniently located across the street from CVS. Building was clean and modernly updated. The staff was very diligent and worked quickly to get him seen. The nurse and X-ray tech were both very polite and showed personal interest in him. On the other hand, The doctor spent all of 5 minutes examining him but what else is new. Overall I would definitely recommend this place because the care was indeed exceptional.
