I would give one star if I could, I placed an order Through their website and after an hour and my CC was charged they told me they had no record. They also had no history and could not help me whatsoever. They told me to place a new order through the app and call my CC company. I asked them if they could rush an additionally paid for ordEr and they said no. Good to know that they not only take money from people they don’t serve but also don’t try to service people “their system” has wronged. Wouldn’t order from this scam again:

Wow ! I loved this place.. long ago. Not only has the prices gone up my 500% but they feel off the food is not Good., dumping very greasy and the hot and sour soup is horrible
Cheap and flavorful eats. I love their pan fried dumplings. Chicken and basil is a great option if you're getting them boiled. Their service time is pretty good if you're in a rush. I placed my order over the phone and it was done in 15 minutes. The Boba tea is good too.
Really really good food. Reasonable prices. Not too long a wait, despite being a busy spot. Excellent vegetarian options, the veggie dumplings (make sure you include the spicy sauce, garlic, cilantro and scallions) and veggie pancake sandwich is a MUST
Didn’t know about dumplings but this place was a very pleasant and delicious surprise! So many savory choices! Loved the fried dumplings and the shrimp soup was very welcome on a cold N.Y. day. Friendly and accommodating host walked us through the choices.
