Mark and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish with my counters. He was extremely nice, professional and detailed. The cost was very reasonable and the installation was quick and clean. I would highly recommend MSA for your counter needs.

Never use this company or Mark for work on your home. My boyfriend and I recently had a granite counter top installed. The company came installed the granite countertop but left my walls a mess. We tried repeatedly calling and texting him asking when he was going to come back with no response. Mark has yet to return our texts and phone calls. In the beginning he seemed nice and said that he would knock a hundred dollars off the bill if we paid him cash; which I stupidly did. I guess I know why now. Terrible service never finished the job. He also left our walls in Poor condition and was going to fix them but never did. This issue is still going on months later. Mark continues to not take responsibility for this issue. Tried to come to a resolution with mass sprig. I reported him to the better business bureau but he never responded to them. Mark would not give me any money for fixing what he ruined. He also stated that he would give me a refund only if he came to take back the granite. Do not use this company!
