I came during the summer when there were restrictions in place. Everything was well organised and the staff were helpful. Lovely history behind the place, good views and some great buys in the cute shop on site.

Really lovely walk of the grounds, a few rooms of the house are now open as well. The National Trust have been fantastic in light of the pandemic this year. There are clear one way routes and you get to relax and enjoy the nature and surroundings of this beautiful estate. Admittance currently, is pre-booking only via the National Trust website.
We first visited during the Covid 19 pandemic, we made our booking for our timeslot which was easy. Having not been out very much we were slightly tense as to how things would be organised but it was all fine. The place is lovely and well worth a visit. Lovely walks and gardens, perfect for a picnic. The cafe food was good, had a cream tea which we sat on the grass and enjoyed. Can't wait to return when its fully open to explore more.
Been here a number of times and it is very evident a lot of precaution has been taken due to COVID-19. There are more restrictions to walkways and one-way systems, yet the park remains very much enjoyable and we still had our regular cream tea. Lovely to visit here especially with the autumn colours.
Very well organised in the current situation well signed paths and routes. Both Cafe were open with good selection to eat in or take away. Shop open.
