For me and my wife this was the first time we were planning to go to see Sunflower Maze, After some research online i was able to narrow down to Thompson Strawberry Farm. It has a 25 admission fee, but it is totally worth of all penny. Its has four or five big maze. Beautifully maintained. So for us it was worth spending almost 3 hours there. I will highly recommend if any one from Chicago Area want to visit the Sunflower Mazes. Please come to Thompson Strawberry Farm

Went on a Sunday, late afternoon. Barely packed and plenty of space to wander around. Had a blast picking the sunflowers! I loved the option to buy something cooling to eat after hours in the sun. Plenty of parking spaces as well. The golden hour(sunset) was the best of them all. I suggest staying late for the last hour as the photos will not disappoint! I will absolutely come back here. It was totally worth the 1 hour drive from Chicago.

It’s a beautiful farm, and they have sunflowers and other flowers here too! Plenty of photo opportunities! It’s really colorful, but the time is limited, because these things won’t last forever. You are able to pick as much flowers as you can, but don’t take more than you need.

25 for the entrance plus a dozen of sunflowers. Very beautiful sunflower field. The farm is friendly for people to walk into the field and take pictures. We went in the early afternoon and realized that all sunflowers were in back light, so it might be better if you can arrive in the morning (or maybe wait for sunset?!) Remember to bring your own scissor to cut the flower, and the farm provides small bags and water to keep the flowers alive.

Very nice place and an excellent evening. The whole field glowed yellow with the sunshine. The place is clean and safe. Enough space for keeping the distance.
