Absolute cowboy of a company. Ordered 260 worth of wall panels 17 days ago, delivery promised within 2-3 day’s. Chased the order 5 times since to be told they haven’t received the order and won’t have anymore in stock until end of October. Is it my job to chase the order? Happy to take your money but you won’t receive the item! Disgraceful

Crooks! I bought gutters, soffit board and associated fitting from this \company\ You may think, why the quotes? Simple. They are not a company, they are a bunch of crooks. I placed my order on the 26th June. I opened it on the weekend of the 6th/7th July. As per the picture really, I'd been sent a bag of snakes vs what I had bought and paid for. Anyway, I contact them expecting a replacement/refund, perhaps even an apology. I effectively got told (on email) stiff droppings mate. Company policy is seven days, so we are already on holiday with your money. I'm now looking into where I stand with both PayPal and small claims as this is clearly ridiculous and so a moan on facebook, google and twitter will have to do for now.

We bought products from them which were delivered very promptly, but unfortunately some items were damaged in transit. We contacted them immediately and Chris arranged replacements within two days. There service couldn't have been conducted any better. Thank you.
