My daughter and I had a car accident and i needed help , after the search Mr whitcroft website promise a \personal service\ etc with many positive reviews so I did call and spoke to a lady who told me that he will call me back, he never did so I thought maybe they didn't get my details right so through his website I passed my details again, nothing, so either as a independent small firm he is very busy or didn't like my name being Hamid . I really don't know but feel disappointed not to receive a call back. I am sure i find a good firm who are willing to take our cases on or even call back to say they are busy.
