Decent food but absolutely lousy delivery times. Ordered a couple of weeks ago around 7, didnt arrive until nearly 10. Gave benefit of the doubt and went for an early order tonight, 5pmish...still no sign by 7.45. Will be ordering from somewhere more reliable in future. Update: food never arrived and the phone is off the hook...tried calling 20 to 30 times and always 'engaged' tone.

To go in to a wetherspoons and come out disappointed is really saying something. We got there and were seated. The family next to us took no account to the covid restrictions and we're more than happy to be blind drunk (shouting and swearing) while their four young children ran around the seating area. The staff didn't seem interested in the children's or the other customers wellbeing. The food was pretty sad looking and we weren't made aware of missing guacamole on the nachos (which looked as though it had been thrown on the plate). All in all a pretty depressing experience.

Shakes are the best bit. Amazing for the price! Better than most places that charge double. Loads of flavours and can mix and match what you want.

Food itself is great. Staff I meet instore is rude. Last time I orderred food from their website for delivery. An hour later I received a phonecall that my order is ready for collection ??? What ??? I requested refund but never got it!!! I will never order from Havanas Burgers again!
