Just want to say how much I valued the effort and time taken by the team at GymRatZ when I recently purchased a pair of Powerblock Pro Exp stages 1 and 2 adjustable dumbbells from them online. Debs was very helpful and communicative throughout the purchase and I was kept up to speed on Delivery times as the order came in 2 shipments. One of the power blocks was faulty but was replaced without hesitation or question and as quickly as possible I had the pair of dumbbells up and running in my home gym. Highly recommended shop. Thanks and will use again.

Really disappointed with the service received, which judging by the other reviews, seems to be a current theme. I bought a squat rack which came with a missing part. After notifying Gymratz, a new part was sent and received - hence 2 stars not 1. However, when I finally found time again to build the rig it was found to be the wrong part! At that point, having spent several weeks without any kit, I thought I'd cut my losses, send the thing back and buy something from elsewhere. Alas, seeming this is all my fault, so I can't. Guys, just admit the mistake, sort it out and we can both move on. Very poor customer service.
Would not recommend gymratz based on my experience. Update following gym ratz response. I can assure you this is not a fake review or a competitor, the review is based on my dreadful experience with them . When you get a problem with gym ratz you will see their true colours, obviously trying to fool people to make things look rosy. Awful company who will keep your money if sold a faulty item, and to be honest their items a massively overpriced to add more insult to injury.
Went in to purchase a Kettlebell. Really helpful and knowlegable staff, ended up in there for over an hour talking about health and fitness and the products they sell. Highly recommended.
