Don't understand any 1 star reviews, Tony visited my property at 9pm when he was supposed to be off work at 5, immediately explained all of the issues and was extremely fast in his repairs and remedies. Repaired a toilet flexi hose and even repaired the back of the toilet panel where we had suffered from an emergency just hours before. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped me when it was an extreme inconvenience and at very late hours. I recommend the team to anyone that has any issues especially landlords with the 3 month guarantee and the level of work that was carried out I would recommend Tony and the team to any friends and family. 5 stars.

Mixed review here but all truthful and worth reading. First I thought my toilet inlet water pipe was leaking so I attempted a quick fix but then cross-threaded the pipe. I called Tony and he was at my flat within 2 hours. Very friendly plumber and seemed knowledgeable. Fixed the cross-thread and was made aware of my original leak (I told him the situation). I paid 216 for the fix. However 20 minutes after leaving, the toilet continued to leak. I called Tony back and he said he'd return next day. On the following day, Tony attempted to fix the toilet leak for free of charge. He then said if it continues to leak it would be an additional 135 to fix. Unfortunately the leak continued all next week and I tried to contact the company and Tony in person. I haven't heard back from Tony. I am disappointed that my leak for my toilet would cost 351. A price that would pay for a new toilet. Ultimately I paid 216 to fix my leak, and I am still left with a leak.
