Our washing machine door wouldn't lock and so the machine wouldn't start. We called them at 5pm on a Friday night, they arrived at our house by 6pm. They changed the solenoid in 10 minutes (they had the spare in their van then and there). Very professional. Well recommended.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tumble dryer broke down 23/12/20 they came out 24/12/20. He had to ring another engineer to see what part he needed to order. We had to bank transfer over 70 there and then for the part needed if not the part wouldn’t of been ordered. Have rang numerous times with no answer and emailed numerous times with 1 response saying they were busy. Do not use this company.
Very good service - prompt response time and efficient work in attending to breakdowns, etc. And reasonable prices too! Would recommend trying.
