Absolutely love this store and I've never even been to the actual shop. First found Resident whilst trawling the Internet for record store drop 1 titles. Got Status Quo from resident and followed their twitter. Their twitter account is fantastic and something record stores should aspire to (I know in 2021 I'll try to up my game for my store). Their range of exclusives are fantastic and I will now be eagerly awaiting their 2021 albums of the year now I know they make such a big deal of the BOTY titles (the Fontaines exclusive this year was amazing). Customer service has been fantastic although clearly they are inundated with emails as sometimes it can take over a week for a reply on order questions but the service is always good so it's not an issue. Overall I want to to to Brighton when we can just to mooch around the store

Welcoming, knowledgeable and great personal service when it comes to online orders during lockdown with updates and notes even when something is unexpectedly out of stock. This records shop is knocking on for 300 miles from where I live, and I have never visited it, but they are my go-to vinyl outfitters. They have a great website and the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The price is always right, \dinked\ specials are particularly great, and the staff (James and Jon I've dealt with personally) are always responsive and super helpful. Why would I go anywhere else?
