I got a bit of tissue or something wedged in my headphone jack and I knew I just needed it cleared out but didn't want to risk doing it myself. Originally I went to a different shop and they wanted to charge me more than the phone is worth to take it apart and replace the whole thing. So I went here instead and they were so much nicer and far more helpful. He cleared it out for me in a couple of minutes and checked it was working before I left. Great service, I'd definitely go back.

I went here to get my laptop fixed this Summer. The first time I picked it up it was still broken, and this continued on multiple occasions. It took two months, with no communication, for them to 'fix' my laptop. Only for the camera to be broken and the screen to be still not fitted properly!. My laptop has now broken again, and I've taken it to a different place as this place is not reliable or trustworthy. They also offered only 3 months warranty (and I was told this is a consumer rights violation- the limit is 6 months) DO NOT GO HERE!

I called these guys for advice on a fix needed to an Apple device. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and gave me sound and honest advice. On this occasion I didnt use their services but I will definitely be in touch again when I do need a repair.

Had an issue with the display on my MacBook Pro. Took it to Apple themselves and they said I needed a new screen which was expensive. Took it to Laptop Doctor on a Monday, turns out it was just a broken cable which they replaced and had it back to me by Thursday for way cheaper. The guy I spoke to seemed friendly and professional.

Such an amazing laptops repairing service! I was in a big trouble after I lost some important information, but those guys were able to recover almost 90% of the information. Although it is not 100% recovery, but it was quick and I would have lost all these data. I am very thankful.
