Called and asked to check if they had some specialist materials in stock. An employee tookdown all the details and said she would email me which I thought was unusual. I asked when and she said she had some quotes to do so after that but she couldn't give me a time. Tone was very rude, spoke like she didn't have time for me... Called back 20 mins later to ask again and a gent told me right away they didn't keep it in stock.
