Amazing so helpful and kind I asked about joining and the lady was 100% if not more helpful showed me how to get the app up on my phone got me a couple of free gifts and 10%off of all my shopping I wished I had of known about the joining of PAH,a month ago as I bought a lot more things for my knew kitten there and could have saved money.

Bought 6 penguin fish Thursday and they was put in a bag then a brown bag etc. We go home and noticed there was only 5 in the bag. We phoned and luckily spoke to the store manager who was very nice, he said don't worry just come back next time your passing and pick it up, we asked if Monday would be ok and he said yes. So today we went only to be told by staff we can't have the fish because we only got some Thursday even tho this fish was meant to of been with the fish from Thursday. My partner wasn't happy as we have wasted time and fuel to come back because a staff in the first place couldn't count to six and we wasn't going to leave and come back again wasting more fuel for their mistake. We said their manager said we can pick it up today. In the end we was given the fish but no compensation for the trouble or wasted trip/fuel. If you buy fish, count them before leaving the store, prices are good for fish but service was poo. Can't fault the manager of the store tho.

Terrible place,, no stock, V.I.P app is useless get vouchers for pets i don't even have,, throughly overpriced,, avoid this place like the plauge,, rabbits and ginuea pigs are interbred with many health issues, only get pets from proper breeders
Very helpful when it came to purchasing a new guinea pig and got a free health check with the vet. Happy and healthy guinea pigs.
