Great company!! I have had 2 composite doors and a french door put in last week the job was completed in 4 weeks from placing the order to having it fit. impressed with the quality and sound proofing no more drafts. Reasonably priced but worth every penny for the service they provide i have peace of mind that the job is done to a very high standard and these doors will last a very long time. I was at work whilst my parents let the fitters in to install the doors and by the time i came back they were finishing off. Well done Weatherguard windows i will definitely recommend you to my family and friends without hesitation.

Very poor customer service. I took time off work to attend the survey appointment to which they didn't turn up to. So I rung there customer service team late afternoon to see what's happening. To which they come back and say we've got you booked in for tomorrow without me knowing and wasted a days wage. Also You ring up and get promised a call backs but they fail to do this. So as you do you chase it up, and still same answer we will ring you back. Yet again no luck. I then asked for an update and an idea on date for install to which yet again they've failed to come back on. So yet again I chase it up but this time Ive sent an email to which yet again hasn't been replied to and its nearly been 5 days. Now my question is- Is if I decided to go ahead with the order for a new composite door and I have problems in the future will it be impossible to get them to repair the door..
