Like all Argos stores you find the item you want in the catalogue take the item num ber and order and pay for it at the counter, most items are in stock, larger items may have to be ordered and usually collected within a couple of days

I just wanted to say how Lisa went out of her way to help me out when I purchased an item which was incomplete. The item was re-ordered from another store for delivery the following day, when I visited the store to collect after 5pm Lisa was still there having been due to finish at 3.30pm. The replacement item wasn't available despite her searching through all the days' deliveries. Placing phone calls Lisa tracked another replacement down and arranged for it to be dropped off to her personally so that I could collect it later today. She really did go above and beyond. THANK YOU Lisa your efforts were much appreciated. I hope your Manager recognises your worth to Argos.

Reserved and paid for a brand new phone and went today to pick it up. What was handed was a box which was damaged, one seal was completely broken and one was peeled off and put back on. It even said on the seal to not to be sold as new if the seal is broken. I refused to accept the item, then the staff tried to fob me off saying you'll have to wait 5 days for a refund and pay out your own pocket for a new phone at another store. They even opened the box and said nothing is wrong with it and the accessories were in the wrong places. I was disgusted massively at how I was treated. Even one of the workers said she wouldn't accept a new phone like that. In the end I stood my grounds and they refunded me on a giftcard allowing me to purchase the same phone in a different colour in Leeds. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Never shopping at this store ever again. Absolute mess around!

They say they have in stock you order on line and pay for item than comes up pick up in 5 days rang them and they said cancel which I did now get email saying takes 5 days before you get money back in to account even sick turpin were a mask so dont order from these people not interested in customer staff at argos in harrogate road very rude and he did not give a monkey wont go back again
