Very helpful, friendly staff and advisers. They really want to see you succeed. I can't say enough about the Professors Dixon, Blackburn and Kim. They are wonderful, patient and helpful with any questions or problems you may have. So if the rest of the Professors are ANYTHING like these 3 this is the College to attend for success. Thank you SCF!

I was very underwhelmed with the faculty at SCF. Advising appointments are a nightmare. I didn't get a good impression from the ECE department. I decided to go with a different college. We're paying for our education after all. It's up to us what kind of learning environment we accept. Do a lot homework when choosing a school. There are tons of colleges in the US!

Great college for community college and so far the teachers have been really compassionate as well as highly trained in their jobs. If you dedicate yourself this college is perfect for you and has plenty of resources to ensure success.

Their dental hygiene program is ridiculous their cost estimates are much lower than what the actual cost of attending the program. They claim that their is a bunch of financial aid but the students can’t receive it because the system is messed up. On a degree audit it may say full time but because students only get 11 credits it’s technically not full time. Which is the most ridiculous if they want they can apply the health science option where 10 credits is full time but for some reason the program isn’t part of the health science majors. Some of the classes taken in this program is worth 0 credits which is ridiculous. On top of that they expect you to find your own patients and not just 5 patients they expect about 50. Too many liars.

I am an adult student that is enrolling in A.A. degree coursework. If you are careful about which professors you choose, and have a general, if broad understanding of what you are pursuing, you will LOVE this place. Oh, and make sure to stop by building 14 and get some awesome creole food at the cafeteria. (I do not work here. It's just that good.)
