Pretty poor today. Took car in which i purchased from them last year to investigate issue but they couldnt complete as its not a Honda they didnt have the tools or diagnostic equipment. Spoken to local indipentant garage who can do work without special tool and has one diagnostic machine for all makes of car. Paid 57 to them to be told this ( and this was half what they were going to charge) wont be rushing back to buy another car or have any work done in the future. Just let themselves properly today. Could be first class. Im sure this isnt common or their service but the experience I had today.

Recently Bought a gift for my Wife. Honda Civic 2019 from here their service was really good and the Sales rep Matthew was up to date with the detailed specs and appointment details,. Before we went to see the car a pre-visit personalized video explaining the features about the car was also provided. Packages were well Explained and also he helped us get the best deal they could offer. Car was up to the mark and as negotiated when it got delivered. Hope they keep the same level of quality which in term will win them more business. Overall Very Satisfied with the Dealership.
