What a refreshing change. Called in today for a fitting appointment, suites for my daughter’s wedding in December. The service was perfect lovely considerate staff with a smile and really professional. it’s obvious the business has suffered due to the dreaded Covid resulting the owners having to take up other positions in totally different fields. However, that didn’t dampen there enthusiasm, level of service and attention to detail. I don’t do reviews but it this case I felt I had to. Well done and thank you

What can I say about this place but wow, the manager Steve (I believe) spoke to me in such a manner, I was shocked. Not being from the area I had parked on John Francis' car park while I went to the post office. Steve gave me a barrage of vile unprovoked verbal profanities which shocked myself and onlookers. One thing for sure, I would never step foot into the store or any affiliated stores of this \man\. I use the man term loosely due to the rambling and mumbling that I heard, reminded me of a spoilt child who couldn't play his new games cause he had to visit grandma on Christmas day.

Really helpful staff and an efficient and easy service. Booked and appointment for a fitting really easily. Found the perfect wedding suit, exactly what I wanted, and the whole process was swift and efficient. The quality of the suit was excellent and we were really happy with the fit and look. Easy return as well. Highly recommended!

Sometimes you just need to say when you feel you have received considerate quality service. Rushing for a suit and being a bigger guy this lady stayed late to get a suit sorted and adjusted for me for my Mums funeral tomorrow. Thank you for your time and patience. Use these guys they are ace.

Brilliant staff and really lovely people. Staff were so friendly I felt like a long standing friend. So kind and warm. Suit was great and I'm large. Prices were excellent. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again. As for parking your opposite a large well know supermarket. So can park easy. Thanks again for making my special day extra special .
