Very proffessional click and collect service. Scanned my phone outside at the sign, put the goods on a table, sanitised it after picked them up. All with PPE on. I was back in my car inside 5 min.

Nice store with great staff. So many different things from basics through to luxuries. Cafe in store but not great. Choice in fabrics is huge and service from the staff includes great advice.
Great service. Well attended by shoppers. Covid restrictions very well observed. Click and collect customers kept apart from general shopping area and the till area. Great idea.
Very good store this. Recently I needed some new towels. With the Pandemic on, I found they had a very good click and collect scheme in which they texted a time to call and collect. No waiting around. Well done Dunelm.
