I ordered a RC500 cycling jacket online using the easy to use size guide which came out medium. Went to Bolton Decathlon to pick it up with my order number on my phone, was asked by Evelyn at the store for ID, showed my credit card. She brought said jacket to the counter. I tried it on and prefect fit, close but not too tight or floppy. Good sizing and service. Really pleased with everything thanks.

I could and do spend hours at decathlon stores. The array of sports equipment and outdoor pursuits merchandise is staggering. From gum shields to fishing floats, they stock the lot. Each store I have been in has been well laid out, well stocked and well priced. The staff are fantastic. Their enthusiasm and knowledge of products is unbelievable and they are always prepared to assist shoppers. Kids are welcome and are encouraged to explore the different sports equipment. The prices and quality is very competitive and I don't hesitate in buying their goods. Well done decathlon. A true shopping expereince......
Super fast and friendly staff. Dealt with our order quickly. We can get all our sporting goods in one place. This is helpful when you have kids and yourself doing different sports

Click and collect. Lots of social distancing. Stood at the entrance and waited for my item. Lubricant worked well on the treadmill so able to run again
