New build. Really quiet. Saying that I've never known so many cars and vans to park half on the pavements.

Could not get a price of a house off them ,we had sold ours .we wanted a price of a new house so we could budget for up grades etc.you know how it is.....nothing could prize a figure out of them..so we bought a selfbuild and did a make over
Nice area. Poorly constructed houses due to tradesmen rushing. Lots of problems with the build quality as with most new builds. Plastic heating pipes always blowing fittings.
Very dissapointed at the attitude here with regards to wanting to reserve a new build. Various stories being fed to us from other unhappy people too. Sad way to treat people that have a chance of buying their dream family home.
