5 attempts at ringing with good intervals between calls to find out if missing items on a prescription have arrived. Not one answered so left it ringing to annoy them it did they picked it up and cut me off without speaking. Marvelous .

Disappointed that after rushing from urgent care at the Vic for antibiotics for my son, after they said they would be much happier if he started immediately rather than waiting till the morning, he was told at approximately 8.50 that they were closed. Both members of staff had left the building and driven off before 9pm!
Had a frustrating mix up with medication between surgery and pharmacy. Jess at Whitegate resolved the issue and explained the problem after trying to resolve it with both.
I have to give it one star because I have to, but after the staff treated my wife and me, it was humiliating. The person who did not want to give the cream, recommended by the doctor, did the show in my opinion and even asked for personal data my child. That happened in the presence of a third party who we do not know and who eavesdropped about what we were talking. The conversation was on an intimate topic. Staff is untrained and should be informed about the GDPR.
I like this pharmacy situated inside walking health centre in Whitegate drive. I use it whenever i visit the health centre. It saves going to town. Its a very busy outlet because of the traffic they from the centre. So there is always a little wait but the chairs are provided. The staff are efficient and helpful and it's seems well stocked. Last time i got my antibiotics i waited for 10 minutes as jt was busy but i didn't mind considering the position. Overall i recommend it if you are visiting the health centre.
