Very, very pleased with the products I ordered for click and collect, but, on arrival home, I discovered that the pan lid did not fit the pan! I had to order another, drive there again where I discovered that my pan compared to it's replacement did not have the complete packaging and the pan wasn't round, the reason for non fitting lid, it was slightly flat on one side. It looks like it had been a reject so upset that it was offered for click and collect.

Excellent staff. Brilliant advice on curtains and poles. Ray, I think. The Australian. Wide good quality stock selection. Tried the cafe. Again excellent. We will be back to do the rest.
Dunelm situated in Squires Gate Blackpool are operating Click & Collect during lockdown. All you have to do is scroll through the Dunelm website, choose what you would like & how many then add to basket where you will then be asked to choose your payment type. After doing so, you will receive email confirmation of your purchase which will include your item/s order number & the date & time your purchase/s can be collected. When picking-up your purchase, just make your way to the Dunelm store with your face mask already on & email at the ready. Outside the Dunelm store there are socially distanced floor stickers for everyone's safety & once you are called to the table at the front of the store, just say/show your order number to a member of staff who will then retrieve your order & bring straight over to you! The staff have Covid-19 safety measures in place & the service was very straight forward. If you find you need to return your order you can do so by returning straight back to Click & Collect at the Dunelm store.
On arrival I discovered that Dunelm are currently operating a click and collect service. Had to order online via my phone, and then wait in the car. My service was very quick only being a few minutes from order to collection.
I have mixed views of this store, products are great and the price is reasonable, staff are helpful. My small gripe is the layout (which maybe in part due to the 2 floors), things aren't intuitively laid out in my opinion. Other than that all OK.
