Went here today 13/07/2019 with a very good friend as she was looking for a replacement car. She told me that she was NOT going to buy the first car she saw, guess what? She bought this i20 and it was the first one she saw. It's a very nice car though and drives very well, I went to check it over for her and found it pretty good. I just hope they at least carry out an oil and filter change by next Saturday as I will be checking it. Very nice staff too.

NOV 2020 After purchasing a car at a distance i/e Cardiff due to Covid lockdown Kelly at Chorley Blackpool sent me a video of the car, This made me want to do the deal which she made easy from start to delivery even the delivery driver Dave G was as professional as all the team at the Blackpool branch, It was a learning experience for me dealing in this way but if you have not tried trust me dont be at all in fear as this team of people are supperd Cheers Kelly and Dave G , Alan from Cardiff. :)

I started looking for a car back in January 2019 and I wanted a Juke, I did the normal stuff like surf the web but I had two cars to part ex so I approached Chorley group who were very helpful and would take both. I made a couple off appointments to test drive and then just waited for the right car to come in.. The service I’ve had from Adam and Ian has been top notch. I was appreciated and well looked after. What an easy, no hassle purchase I had at Chorley Group! I had visited a number of car showrooms from different brands before this one, and consistently dealt with pushy salesmen, so it was relieving to meet Declan Cooke who was very helpful and not pressuring at all from the moment I came to the showroom. A nice person to deal with and would happily choose to go back to should I choose another Hyundai or similar. Pleasant, very responsive and all round great sales executive. Although I loved the car, which won the sale for me anyway, I enjoyed my purchase experience. Thanks Dec!
