Amazing service, over and above normal from Paula (young assistant). Went out of her way to find several products for me and also whilst at checkout, asked if I had everything. A model to those who just point!! Tesco, please recognise this.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from one of the workers when me and my girlfriend went to the toilet and left our wallet/purse on the table. The food was badly presented and stuff we asked to not be on my burger was on, including the juices from what we asked to not be there. Smelt like someone hid it under the counter for about 6 months and decided to cook it today. Chips tasted like they've been soaked in water then fried and they had absolutely not flavour to them. Onion rings were DRIPPING in oil and were not edible. Last time I'll ever be visiting. Would give a lower rating if I could, honestly.

30th September 2020 Just been in, and presented 4 receipts to add club card point's too (Mrs JOANNA Jobsworth, to which she replied, I can only put 2 through a time, bearing in mind there was no one behind me, we have 3 family members in the same house, as well as us who shop there, every week!!) PATHETIC, probably one of the many so called managers. Apparently she is not a manager, or supervisor, which doesn't really help with the way she spoke down to me, Must spend between the five of us, about 250 to 300 pounds a week there, and have been doing for the past four years, seriously considering packin in coming, and going to ALDI instead. Shame as the majority of the staff are excellent, just the odd ones. Seriously thinking of cashing my shares in aswell. Oh and by the way, sent my son to put the other 2 receipts in 5 minutes later. JOB'S WORTH, JOB'S WORTH, MORE THAN MY JOB'S WORTH! Just so you know, JOANNA, on customer services, I am lodging a complaint about your attitude /behaviour. Well lodged a complaint with customer service Head office, it seems they are not bothered about their staff talking down to/rudely to customers. I guess it's ALDI, here we come.
