The day I got rid of the car I bought from here was the biggest sigh of relief! Within the first month of owning the car the engine cut out, it went into their garage for repair on the engine, two months later the engine cut out.. It went into their garage AGAIN for another repair on the engine. Could you believe it the engine cut out again not even 6 months into owning the car and was told they couldn't find the problem...how embarrassing, baring in mind it had a full MOT, service and RAC check. Unsurprisingly not heard a good word about the place from anyone the word 'bodged' seems to be common theme. Qualifications from a lucky bag or get joy from mugging people off, would not touch with a barge pole.

Absolute shocking service by BVH car sales. We bought a car from them that continued to have problems. I accept they can’t personally be responsible for the problems as they are used vehicles. However the fact they advertise this rac 100 point check and the fact the car continued to have issues, to the point they didn’t know what was wrong with it. So we had to take to another place to get investigated (at our cost as they refused to pay the lousy 75) even though their mechanics didn’t know what was the problem. They fixed the vehicle again now knowing the problem. No call to say vehicle was ready or updates etc. But the fact of how it’s all been dealt with, no courtesy car for 3 weeks the car was gone, the time we spent taking the car to and from a third party and paying the third party. Baring in mind my partner who’s car it is works for the NHS during this difficult time having to deal with all this stress and bad use of her time. Definitely would not recommend. Happy and smiley to sell the car different story after that!!

I rented van yesterday. And to be fair the staff was very professional and hopeful. And they allowed me to park the car in their car park. The Van i rented made noises in the back. I was traveling to london with 2 more people and the A/C wasn't working and it was 30c on that day. The AUX only connect to iTunes so you can't play music on YouTube. They need to upgrade their sound system. And finally the windscreen was of dirt and yhe wipper did not clean them. For the price i paid with different company i would not face these issues. I perfer local business to rent a van unfortunately I was wrong. Won't recommend to no one.
