I've now moved from this surgery after being a patient 15 years, reception staff think there qualified doctors! Their rude, and the attitude is disgraceful, they never answer the phones not even when you're standing in front of them ringing the number and their sitting ignoring you! No appointments available and the specialist nurses who send you for appointments at hospital and you think you've been referred with your leg and get there and there looking at your face and asking what's the problem, sending messages to people who've been on blood pressure medication for 30 years to take their own blood pressure that's when you've been to purchase a monitor, the place is a joke, needs shutting down! It should be called COSELEY CIRCUS!

This is a doctors surgery that has told 2 shielding high risk pensioners (covid19) that they need to go out and buy a blood pressure monitor as they can't justify sending out the community nurse as it costs money. They have been told if they can't do that they should go online. Hello 2 pensioners in the 70's internet capabilities.... wake up.... common sense doesn't mean anything at this surgery....

The worst surgey ever,useless management,i had a very serious medical problem and I was in so much pain and I still am. when I spoke to the Dr he said he will refer me as urgent to see the specialist at the hospital. When I rang the hospital they told me that I'm referred as a routine check up.i rang the surgery again and they told me they cannot do much about it.the midwives are very nice though but the rest of the stuff are just awful and they lack of professionalism.if the system allows me i would give no star
