Do not use!!! My partner and I are buying an apartment, it is a new build. Spratt are supposed to be doing our searches, this was probably ordered about two(ish) months ago. We have heard nothing from them, every time we call they won't speak to us and quite often no one working on our case is even in. I understand the searches can take a while to do, but there has been absolutely zero communication. When we chose Spratt they told us they would be in contact us every step of the way, absolute joke. On MoneySupermarket they were supposed to be updating the progress on there as they did it and we went in same day as requested to give them our proof of identity, as they asked for it urgently, and yet that wasn't even updated for weeks! They were on the ball to collect payment though! Please - if you value your time and money, do not use Spratt! Pay a bit extra for a half decent solicitor.
