Very impressed, went for my first consultation yesterday, firstly felt very safe with the covid procedures in place, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, everything from start to finish was explained clearly so I understood, I feel confident they will be able to help me.

The practice has an excellent patient-focused ethos. They continue to take the Covid threat very seriously, having fine-tuned procedures as time passes. Unlike some dental practices they are providing a full range of services, both for planned and emergency appointments. Communication can be difficult through all the PPE, but that's a small price to pay for continuity of dental care.

It was so great to see the team at Berwick Smile back at work. They have put a massive amount of effort into designing their processes to make customers feel safe during these Covid times. They also continue to do their usual fantastic job of being welcoming, friendly and supportive, with a real focus on excellent customer care. Whilst visiting the dentist isn't my favourite activity, Berwick Smile manage to make it a nice experience by treating me as an individual - highly recommended!
