Great cutomer we been using for time This time I booked for wrong day but they sorted with in 2 min just like that The reason we use them they never let cutomer down always on point n time
Absolutely brilliant! Hired a V-frame bouncy castle for a 13th birthday party. Booked a day before I needed and they were so accommodating. They were parked outside waiting for us to a arrive to! Friendly staff, quick and very helpful. Would defiantly use again and would highly recommend, ignore the negative reviews! Thanks guys!! Sara

Will never use this company again. They contacted us on the morning of my sons first birthday party to say they couldn't deliver the games we had ordered for well over a month. When I said we would happily travel to the broken down vehicle (which was the excuse) to collect the games they said no. I can only assume they had double booked. The lady was apologetic but not very. I think her exact words that's why we are informing you this morning so you have time to find something else (at 9 in the morning on the day of the party that starts at 12!) Would never use again. Poor organisation clearly and poor customer service.
