Our first experience with having work done at this well-known, locally owned, environmentally conscious Auto Shop. Didn't disappoint! Took our car in to have console light replaced and an oil change. They have a well-thought out, socially distanced protocol in place and were quick and efficient, thanks in part to Peter (a great listener) and great technicians! Even the bill was less than expected. We will be taking our Scion here again for future repairs.
This shop is a great place to have your car serviced. The men who run this shop are very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Also good communicators. I brought my BMW in to have it inspected when it started leaking oil unexpectedly. After the inspection they sent me a detailed report of the issue and pictures. From there they could have easily persuaded me to spend the money to do the repair but instead they insisted I contact the dealership first to see if they would fix it at reduced cost since I had just purchased the car less than a week before the oil started leaking. I’m very grateful for the honesty of these men. It saved me a lot of money. The dealership did take the car back and fixed it for no charge. Thank you Harmony Motorworks for being awesome!
