Well. I've purchased a number of parts and lubricants from West City Powersports. I've found Mike and Del to be fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable, very patient. I've bought aftermarket stuff online, but really, when you're 25 large in for a side by side get your supplies here. Not much difference in price and in some cases less than online. Great job fellas!..5 stars!!

Amazing people with whom to deal. When it's time to retire my car, I will go there to buy my next car. Yes, the people are just that great!
I only gave 4 star because I haven't actually been inside the store and it took time to receive my accesories because of COVID-19. But CHAD was very helpful through the transaction.
The sales team was very helpful, however the service side is absolutely atrocious. The service side lacks customer service skills, they were rude and belligerent. Trying to get an answer from them on anything was like pulling teeth. I would never purchase another Honda from here ever again, and I’ll be making sure none of my friends or family make the same mistake we did.
