When wanting to buy best quality wood floor but having no real experience in doing so previously the staff in the Belfast shop were so, so helpful to us. They talked us through what was best to keep our home as warm as possible and looking great without pushing a sale. We got everything we wanted from honest, knowledgeable, local people and couldn’t be happier. After we got our floors fitted 2 family members went straight to Wood Floor Warehouse to get the same. We are really disappointed with the quality of the flooring we got. As soon as it was laid down we started seeing chipping in a lot of the boards. It's now less than 4 years later and we had to change it all together as it was getting so bad. All our neighbours who did their floors at the same time as us (new housing estate - we all moved in at the same time) have no problems with their floors. When we were in store we actually asked for advice on which is the best flooring we could get as we were willing to invest in a product that would last us for many years. We were advised that this is a very popular brand making a durable product that nobody before has complained about. I definitely regret listening to the advice and buying from them.
As a local installer of wooden floors I have used the Wood Floor Warehouse many many times. Their experience an expertise are second to none, and with so many floors in stock it's handy to nip in for what I want.
I paid for samples of engineered floor. What I recieved was laminate & it is clearly labled laminate. The top layer was also chipped from where they cut it. Even after aleterting them to this they insist it is in fact engineered. I would not trust them to supply quality flooring, therefore I'm out. I will have to inform my bank to retrieve the payment. ***NOTE, THE PRODUCT IS CLEARLY LABELED 'LAMINATED'
