Called to Carpetright Boucher Road, Belfast today around 3pm. Got to the door and when we tried to open it we were met by by a girl with dark hair who was very ignorant and abrupt in telling us the store was closed. She then proceeded to shout out past us to someone in the carpark. It was clear she didnt want to help us as she then repeated the words \We're Closed\. Safe to say we will not be purchasing anything from Carpetright in the future. Customer Service was absolute gold. NOT

We gave just left carpet right Belfast on Weds Oct 21st and dealt with a girl with dark hair who gave us awful customer service. Didn’t seem bothered about helping us at all. Seemed like she just didn’t want our custom. We have been customers in the past but feel so reluctant to use them again because of this one girl. She’d want to sort out her attitude or just don’t deal with the general public. A smile goes a long way. The fact that she still spent the time working out the measurements but because of her attitude we won’t be back. Complete waste of the companies money.

Was delighted with the service from the minute I entered the shop to the pleasant workmen, but from when the came and started laying one of my room and finished I had to disheartened them by informing them it wasn't the carpet I picked,they were fantastic about it and came back the following day with the correct carpet, this is all great but realising that the mix up may have also been also been with the stair underlay as it's not as thick as was explained when purchasing and with my 2year old and my toes feeling the grippers on the treads, I never wanted to ring back because it's a new house that I've moved into and have alot of other things to get sorted.other than that for dealing with customers and there workmen I cant fault
