Click and collect system seems well set up, however the staff and facilities at Leeds IKEA were not built around it. Appreciate it's all a little ad-hoc at the moment but a little thought and effort could make things simpler and much more efficient, which would allow a much greater volume and better customer service with each pickup.

Huge amount of variety, and well laid out, but you have to go one way and it's a long way Social distancing - forget it. People just pushed past but at least most were wearing masks.
COVID-safe trip, so ordered online, parked in mukti storey and called number posted on big billboards. Text message told me which pickup bay to go to, and the staff brought my order out to the car. Best trip to Ikea ever.
Shocking experience today. Click and collect email says to drive to click and collect area and call a number. Instead, there are attendants waiting for you to tell you to go to another car park, call the number and wait 1hour. No mention of delays during order process. Not feasible with toddler in car. Wife returned on her own later to be told its now 2 hrs. No movement after 2 hours so called the number again and \oh you're just on the system now\. Lo and behold item ready 5mins later. Staff refuse to help load heavy items, resulting in a heated argument with staff, security and my pregnant wife. They took issue with loading boxes in to an empty car throughout shouting \it says on the website we won't help due to covid\. Beware if you are pregnant, elderly, disable and unable to load heavy items on your own, these clowns would rather spend 10 minutes arguing than helping.
Be careful when ordering online, you cannot return the item. You can only return the items when the store open again. I think it should be make clear when ordering
