I used a Sherlock Holmes outfit and my wife went as the housekeeper Mrs Hudson in costumes hired from these lovely people. They were very helpful with our choosing of the items which were in very good condition and were perfect for our event. They went above and beyond 'normal' helpfulness when, due to a mix-up, we were late in returning the items. My profuse apologies were waved aside by very polite handling. I'm giving 10/10 for customer relations!!
