This company I had a few issues with my order, I ordered some weight plates they said they were in stock and weren't 24hrs later I got an email them apolising and asking if I wanted them on back order I said yes. I didn't hear from them or receive my plates for a month. They didn't answer calls or emails for about 2 weeks. To be fair it was near Christmas and in lock down. Richard a great credit to that company, they nearly lost a customer but thanks to his prompt response on the online chat when I asked for a manager he responded straight away!. Its easier to loose a customer than get on back but he dealt with the issue amazingly! I will be ordering the rest of my gym equipment from these guys!

Spoke to Richard Roper on the options regarding my Treadmill purchase. Right from beginning till delivery, provided a great service in terms of dealing with the purchase and offers. Sorted the delivery as well so that it arrived before the estimated time. I am happy with the equipment as well and this company deals only with brand new and not anything else. Would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase gym equipment from this supplier.
made very expensive order purchase of boxing machine. Money debited, but can not get the response from the seller on the status of the order for 2 weeks. I hope the order will be delivered at the end
