1 hour waiting time at smithies recycling centre. Why not have an online booking system, where people can book a slot to bring their waste. This system is used in Lincolnshire and works really well. I'm sure it would make life easier for the hard working staff at the centre. It may also help to reduce the amount of rubbish being dumped at the side of roads/ fields, which must cost the council huge amounts to clear up.
