I need to speak to a counselor about a time-sensitive and urgent matter and clicked on the option of leaving my number to be called back, but the recording kept asking for my phone number even though I typed it in several times. Then it hung up on me.

I revived a call from a counselor 2 weeks ago about withdrawing my money since I no longer work for the State of Maryland. I was told it will only take 2 weeks to receive my check. Called today and found out the counselor gave me wrong information and I won’t get my money until March or April. I would have given it 1 star but the counselor I spoke to today was really nice so that’s why I gave 2 stars. It makes no sense how long it takes to process payment.

Absolutely the most out of date, not to mention slowest govt agency there is. They give \processing\ times of 30days to 90days with no way to check online or using automated phone for info. Takes 3days to get money from my paycheck but when I need to withdrawal it takes 60days or more who knows.
