I would give less if I could....my mother is 76yrs old and has dementia, heart disease and COPD and still hasn't received her flu injection and it's almost December. My brother and myself have contacted the Surgery numerous times only to be fobbed off. Extremely neglectful towards my mother!!!

Don't answer the phone alot of the time. Think their practice is a call centre saying all our operators are busy.Unprofessional surgery left my son with ingrowing toe nail.,got surgery done elsewhere because they don't use acid to do the job properly.

My mother whom is 76years of age and is very frail,suffers from last stage dementia,heart disease and COPD,has still not received her flu jab.Myself and my sister have rang the surgery on numerous occasions,only to be told by Dr.McCurdy that the district nurses are very busy.Surely with my mum's illnesses she should be a high priority??? The neglectful shown towards my mum is disgusting and shameful.
