I ordered 6 sets of table balloons, 2 big fancy balloons and a banner for the same party. I went to pick my order up from the forge market thinking everything was there as u would expect it to be! Once I got to the hall to set everything up I noticed that my banner wasn't there, so I foned the shop up to be told that my banner was in the shop in the inn shops. So I asked them if they could drop it off to me as it was there fault that the banner wasn't with my order to be told NO they can't drop it off as they dnt deliver banners with balloons. To which I had to go back to the shop to pick it up! I think there customer service is appalling and I would not recommend anyone to use this company. There very cheeky and arrogant!
Fantastic business at incredible prices. Lovely staff who are always willing to go that extra mile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
Great selection of balloons and banners for all occasions especially personalised ones I got for my daughters for their birthdays various colours styles and sizes prices vary.
