I am surprised to have read the comments on here as I couldn't fault them. I was well cared for. All I can do is praise them whilst I was there 3 weeks ago.

I've had a few experiences of this place. Absolutely disgusted with this place. I was a voluntary outpatient, and had a supposed 12 week course with one of the shrinks there. He kept cancelling for no real reasons. No care, no respect.
Lucky to be able to see a private practitioner helped me more in one hour session compared to years at whiteleaf
If I could get away with giving zero stars I would. The care or lack of should I say for their patients and relatives is absolutely shocking. 17 weeks my dad has been in here for so far and we still have no diagnosis. I have seen my dad go from a hard working man at the age of 65 and looking healthy to now looking like an 80 year old in the hands of whiteleaf on both sapphire ward and now amber ward. The staff have no empathy and there is never any answers when you ask. Belongings have been stolen too. Do not send the person you love to this place. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here.
This was a horrific place to stay.only went in for a rest. Recovery college amazing.Drs lied as did staff.staff had no empathy or lack of awareness of mental health learning..There was no safeguarding of adults. Health and safety non existent. Privacy and dignity was not adhered to.There was no equality or diversity from the staff.Fluids and nutrition was not catered for.A hands down for this establishment. Staff were too busy on their phones or on computers. I was told by the staff nurse I should be lucky I'm getting cheese and biscuits as in the shard it costs 22.50. Jc
