Amazing. I cannot say enough great things about SleepSomatics. They did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable during the entire process and making sure to adhere to all COVID recommendations as well. I truly feel like a new person. Thank you to the entire staff but a huge thank you to Joshua . Very quick to communicate and answer all questions.

Honest Opinion

DO NOT!!! Not very happy with the layout of this parking lot seems very ignorant to permanently block 5 parking spots PLEASE OPEN YOUR PARKING SPOTS if not I understand why you need so little space as for now boycotting this place and location. Incredibly rude

Very efficient - easy to make an appointment and friendly staff. They are excellent at explaining the process and sleep situations. Josh especially took extra time and care to really explain general sleep issues and concerns to me plus what they'd be looking for from the test and ways to move forward. He also was great at suggesting what test to move forward with and then explaining the results to me (we started with the 3-day in home test which I didn't even know existed before contacting them). I appreciated his positive approach to IF I had a sleep issue, what we could do about it (didn't mean CPAP!) and he really seems like he wants to help you get your best sleep. The other staff are also really friendly and great at communicating/explaining. Highly recommend!

Went there for about a year without any real progress. They insisted I get an in lab sleep study even though I explained it was too expensive (ultimately the gave me the at home study). They gave me a CPAP without giving me any options in different devices and then once received they didn’t describe the settings or how to use it. I would occasionally come in they would collect data and leave. Lastly the office took over three weeks to get a prior authorization to my insurance. Terrible place just trying to scam you for insurance money. Do not go here.

Joshua was incredible. I was really nervous about the procedure when I first checked in. He answered all my questions and was overly communicative about what he was doing during set up so I would feel at ease. It can be overwhelming, sleeping in a clinic, but I felt safe and taken care of. I'm so happy that I am on the road to recovery. I can't wait to see what life is like when I'm not tired all the time!
